Our collective research and evaluation history spans multiple service sectors and geographic contexts. We have undertaken several multi-year evaluation projects, needs assessments, and designed and executed performance measurement development processes for not-for-profit organizations. We typically work from a community-engaged approach, involving multi-stakeholder groups in the design and execution of projects, to enhance the relevance of our findings and the capacities of our collaborators. Such an approach requires ongoing communication, transparency, and accountability to all stakeholders. This is sustained by established reporting protocols, implemented throughout all stages of the research process.
